This notice covers the thecreateco public-testing website and its local browser companions. Linked product applications have their own features and data handling.

Use thecreateco support for privacy questions or deletion requests. Include the product, your message reference if you have one, and an email address for a reply. Do not send credentials or identity documents. We may need to confirm ownership before acting on a request.
This website
The hub does not currently offer NOW sign-in, shared accounts or cloud project storage. It has no added analytics integration. Netlify hosts the main site and processes ordinary request information, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect it. Visiting a linked application brings you to that application's hosting and data practices.
Support and feedback
Choosing Send message shares your request type, product, message, any optional email address and device details, and a report reference with thecreateco through Netlify Forms. Netlify also processes submission and request information for delivery and spam filtering. Messages are accessible to authorized administrators of the site's hosting account, not displayed publicly.
We use those messages to investigate problems, improve products, answer requests and prevent abuse. An email address is optional, but we cannot reply without one. This form does not accept attachments. Download a copy creates a file on your device and does not submit it.
Messages remain in the support inbox until an administrator deletes them; automatic expiration is not currently configured. To request removal, use the privacy request option and identify the original message. For Netlify's own processing and retention, read Netlify's privacy policy.
Local projects and browser storage
The learning workspaces save drafts and campaign files in this browser using local storage or IndexedDB. Bounce can save selected audio, queue order and EQ when you choose Save library here. Reclaim's browser companion examines selected files for size and duplicate comparison without changing the originals. These companions do not upload selected files for those local operations.
Browser storage is specific to the website address, browser and device. It is not an account backup and may be cleared or evicted. Keep original files and portable exports. Browser site-data controls remove local copies. Bounce also offers Clear browser library; that does not delete your original files. The older thecreateco player remains available to export libraries saved on this address before moving to Bounce's main site.
StemDeck on Sattari
Our StemDeck launch opens the current studio at sattarimusic.com/studio, not the retired four-deck browser companion. Consult Sattari's privacy notice and the studio's privacy choices for its current processing, optional services and usage-count settings. The local thecreateco mixing lesson is a separate learning workspace.
Other linked applications
Form includes optional online assets and sharing. Luma's optional hosted generative features can send image content to a service. Librarian connects to catalogs, and its AI features can send questions and library context when enabled. Ghost's local photo workflows and ScenePilot's browser media workflows have their own storage and export behavior. Check each application's notices before enabling network features or supplying private material.
Clearing this website's storage does not clear a linked application's storage or data held by an external service. A privacy request sent here will need to identify the relevant product and service.
Changes and alpha testing
We will update this notice when the website's data handling changes. NOW accounts and cloud collaboration need their own published data-handling information before they are offered here. During alpha, work on copies and keep an export outside your browser.
Contact thecreatecoRemix submissions
Submitting a remix sends your nickname, optional email, public result and project links, credits, remix permission and description to the same private thecreateco support inbox through Netlify. Approved submissions may be published with your nickname and credits; your email is not part of the public gallery. Your nickname is remembered locally in this browser for convenience. Use Support to request removal. Saved lessons in Your work stay in browser storage; these are not uploaded by the save action.
thecreateco launch list
Joining the launch list sends your email address and explicit consent to thecreateco through Netlify Forms, using our existing private intake inbox and the reference founding-list-v1. We use it to contact you about the Kickstarter announcement, any Founding Edition details, new builds and major product updates. Joining does not create an account, make a pledge or reserve a reward.
Signup requests are retained until an administrator removes them; automatic expiration and self-service unsubscribe are not configured. To withdraw consent or request deletion, use the privacy contact form with the email you signed up with. We will handle removal manually. The form does not publish your email.
NOW accounts and Community
Updated October 5, 2026. NOW uses Supabase to verify your email and manage sign-in sessions. Resend delivers sign-in emails. Your email is not shown in public Community feeds.
Guest threads and replies do not require sign-in. A private HttpOnly cookie, lasting up to 30 days, identifies the browser that owns your guest posts. Clearing it removes your ability to manage those posts from that browser. Images require verified NOW sign-in. JPEG, PNG and WebP images are resized and converted to JPEG in your browser before upload, discarding source metadata.
Published names, threads, replies and image previews are public. Private drafts and unpublished attachments are not public. Community content, moderation records and rate-limit counters are stored in Cloudflare D1 and R2 through our hosted service. Supabase, Resend and hosting providers process information needed to operate these services.
Posting and sign-in abuse controls use counters keyed by daily hashes of network and email addresses, rather than storing raw addresses in those counters. Session cookies are HttpOnly. Bookmarks and saved creative projects may be stored on your device. Public names are handles, not verified legal identities.
Authors can withdraw threads; this hides content from feeds but does not guarantee immediate deletion of stored records or provider backups. Moderators can review reports, hide content and suspend posting. An automatic retention/deletion schedule is not yet established. Records remain until removed through an administrative request or service maintenance. Do not post sensitive personal information.
For privacy or deletion requests, use our support page and identify the affected post or account. We may verify ownership before acting. Provider policies: Supabase, Resend, Cloudflare and OpenAI hosting.
