Key & BPM
Know the key before you mix.
Key & BPM batch-detects key, Camelot code and tempo for a whole folder of tracks at once, using Sattari's in-browser AutoKey engine, and exports everything as a CSV for DJ crate prep.
Browser tool · fixture-tested estimates, not a benchmarked analyzer

WHAT IT DOES
Scan a folder. Get key and tempo for every track.
Drop in a folder of tracks and Key & BPM runs the Sattari AutoKey engine in your browser to estimate key, Camelot code and tempo for each one. Export the whole batch as a CSV you can drop straight into your DJ software for crate prep.
HOW IT WORKS
Three steps to get there.
- 01
Drop in a folder of tracks.
Key & BPM processes each file in your browser, nothing uploaded.
- 02
Scan for key, Camelot code and BPM.
Watch results fill in per track as the batch runs.
- 03
Export the results as CSV.
Bring the crate straight into your DJ software.
HONEST LIMITS
What Key & BPM doesn't do.
Current limitations
Key & BPM reports one global key estimate per track, so key changes, modal or atonal music aren’t reported separately, and BPM can land on half or double time. A "Rough" tag means the strict estimator declined and a single 60-second pass was folded into a 70–180 BPM range. It’s fixture-tested, not benchmarked on a labelled music corpus yet — treat values as starting points.
One good first test
- 01Drop in a folder of five or six tracks.
- 02Check a result you already know by ear.
- 03Export the CSV for your crate.
